Precision Hydrographic Services (PHS) joins Revelare to deliver enhanced growth and service

Precision Hydrographic Services (PHS), a leading provider of hydrospatial solutions, is pleased to announce its acquisition by Revelare, the only 100% Australian owned full-service spatial intelligence company.

This strategic move marks a significant milestone for PHS, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expanded service offerings.

Under the umbrella of Revelare, PHS will maintain its commitment to delivering exceptional service to existing clients while leveraging the expanded capabilities of the Revelare group to explore new opportunities in the hydrospatial sector, particularly in Defence and offshore renewables.

PHS Managing Director Neil Hewitt said the move presents an exciting opportunity for PHS to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation.

“PHS has grown rapidly over the past 5 years and this move delivers broader management support without significant change to the current structure of the business,” he said.

PHS will operate under the interim brand PHS, a Revelare Company, before transitioning to the subsidiary brand Revelare Hydrospatial in mid 2026. This transition period will ensure continuity for existing clients while integrating seamlessly into the Revelare group.
