With 15 years of industry experience, including more than a decade at PHS / Revelare, Jennifer has built a career that spans hands-on survey work, project management, operational leadership and now executive management. Her progression from junior surveyor through to General Manager reflects a depth of technical capability, a strong understanding of people and operations, and a sustained commitment to professional growth, including achieving certification as a Level 1 Hydrographic Surveyor.

Her inclusion in the International Hydrographic Review underscores the importance of creating clear pathways for women within a sector where representation has traditionally been limited. The profile highlights how supportive workplaces, access to training and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility can contribute to long-term success and leadership within the hydrographic profession.
